This activity is part of our “STAND-UP FOR SCHOOLS” format.

From the comedy club to the classroom! Stand-up for Schools is our new interactive theatre service in English specially designed for classrooms and multiple spaces. A very funny monologue with lots of audience interaction which shows the performer up close.

The “normal” teacher has called in sick. Activate THE SUBSTITUTE!
It’s a last minute call. There’s no time to prepare. There never is. Arriving late, The Substitute has a plan to share crazy stories from his life. He also has a secret that he will reveal exclusively to the students. But will he be able to handle this unruly group of students? Will he make it to the end of class alive?

Length: 40 min. Groups of up to 120 students. Can be performed in any space from classrooms to lecture halls.

TEACHER’S PACK

Teacher’s Packs:
To prepare teachers for the show we provide a didactic dossier prepared by a group of philologists specialised in the English language, which contains exercises, games, vocabulary, reading comprehension and audio with phonetic exercises, extracts and songs from the work.

This material can be downloaded from our private area quickly and easily with a code that we assign to each client. The main interest in the elaboration of the didactic dossier is that the students prepare it in the classroom before and after the theatrical performance in order to get the most out of the activity.
