Information and instructions: Summer Camp 2026

Prices, dates and times:

Summer Camp Timetable: from 9:00 till 14:00 (without lunch) or from 9:00 a 16:00 (with lunch),

Lunch prices: 32.50 €/week. (Non-allergic children who stay in the dining room will have to pay this amount). Children who do not stay in the dining room, but want to stay on Fridays or any other day of the week, may do so by indicating it in advance to the organization and paying by bank transfer the amount of the menu (6.50 €/day). They can also bring their own food on that day.

Drop off: from 8:30h a 9:00h (at no additional cost).

Pick up: 14:00h or between 15:30 and 16:00 if they stay for lunch.

Dates: 22nd of June to the 24th of July.

Lunchtime: 14:00h to 15:00h.

Show time (Fridays): 15:30 h.

IMPORTANT:

1. 1. This year the Casa del Lector will take care of all registrations. To secure a place you must register on the website of the Casa del Lector. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The place will NOT be assigned until full payment is received. If the registration and payment are not made by the deadline, the place will be awarded to a new participant after notice to the parents/guardians so that they can make the rest of the payment if they wish.
   2. If you choose the option with food, the payment of ONLY the food will be made to another bank account. The deadline to pay the total amount of the meal is June 15, 2026 for all those who have already sent their registration.
      The total amount of the meal should be paid by bank transfer or deposit to Face 2 Face S.L. to the account of the Bank of Santander:
      ES18 0049 4426 4324 10007136 Face 2 Face S.L. It is very important to put in the concept of the transfer or deposit: SUMMER CAMP 2025 AND NAME AND FIRST NAME OF THE CHILD.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Participants may cancel their REGISTRATION FORM for valid reasons such as illness or accident, provided they do so at least 15 calendar days before the start of the Summer Camp (22nd June), in which case the full fee will be refunded. Outside this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Terms and coditions:

1. The activity will not take place without the minimum number of participants, fixed at 20 per shift. If this number is not reached, the organization may suspend the activity and reimburse each participant the full amount paid.

2. The cost of transportation of the participants from their place of origin to the Summer Camp and back is not included in the price of the activity. In case of force majeure, the organization may change the place where the activity will take place.

3. Snack: Children will bring their own snack for recess from 11:00 to 11:30. This food does not have to be preserved by the organization and parents will be responsible for sending it properly wrapped and preserved.

4. Food: This year we will offer catering service at the theater. The menu and the elaboration of the food will be in charge of the company Enasui S.L. The catering service offers the service for those with slight allergies, for the rest our recommendation is to bring the food from home. Face 2 Face S.L. will not be responsible for possible or future claims regarding the food, which will be the sole responsibility of the company.

5. We will leave the option open to families who want to bring their food from home.
   For children who do not opt for the catering service:
   Children with severe food allergies must bring their own food properly packaged, with the child’s name written in permanent marker and indicating whether it needs to be refrigerated or heated.
   All children with any type of allergy must specify it on the registration form in the “Allergies” section.

7. The organization will include the participant in the contracted program, committing itself to perform its obligations according to the strictest professionalism and will take the necessary precautions for the normal development of the activities, but will not be liable for damages caused by third parties. Participants accept the camp rules, schedules and activity plan.
8. The costs of repair and/or replacement in case of damage due to improper use of furniture, personal property, damage caused to third parties, etc., will be charged to the parents/guardians of the participant, who must pay them directly to the organization of the activity.
9. Face 2 Face S.L. is not responsible for money, valuables, nor for the loss of personal belongings and / or clothing that may occur during the development of the camps. The company will only help to facilitate their search within the enclosure where the Summer Camp takes place.

9. In case of accident or illness, parents will be notified to pick up the child, and in serious cases, the Emergency Service will be called first and immediately after the parents/guardians. Summer Camp leaders will not administer any medication or painkillers to the children under any circumstances without consulting with the parents/guardians. In special cases, parents/guardians will be consulted in advance and must give their written consent.

10. The organization will provide parents/guardians with the Summer Camp program with the schedule and menu.

11. The organization has a Civil Responsibility Insurance, as well as an Accident Insurance for each child participating in the Summer Camp.

12. Face 2 Face S.L. reserves the right to make promotions and discounts it deems appropriate to fill vacancies and not have to suspend the activity due to lack of participants.

13. Participation in the Summer Camp of Face 2 Face S.L. implies the acceptance of these conditions.
